A little bit about Tom
Tom's love for performing has taken him all over the country in the 1st National Tour of Oklahoma!, originating the role of Jud Fry. He has also performed the role of Frankie, opposite Patina Miller in John Patrick Shanley and Henry Kreiger's premiere of "Romantic Poetry", at the Manhattan Theatre Club (also directed by Mr. Shanley).
Tom Lucca grew up in Dix Hills, New York (on Long Island). He was a nationally ranked Division I Swimmer, while attending The University of Richmond on an athletic scholarship. He held both the team record and CAA Division 1 conference record in the 100 yard backstroke for 3 years, and he still enjoys competitive swimming at the Masters Level. He has worked as a Jones Beach Lifeguard, and is a Licensed Physical Therapist.
He has performed as soloist in numerous concerts around New York City at such venues as Birdland, 54 Below and The Metropolitan Room. He is a proud member of both Actors Equity and the Screen Actors Guild.
Tom lives on Long Island, and is married to his wife, Amy, and has 3 children, Thomas, Julia and Sarah, ages 12, 11 and 11.
